  Is your fuel tank in need of service?

We can renew your tank, have you back up and running again in a couple of days.  This will save you the issue of trying to find the exact tank to fit your application.  There are thousands of tanks on the market unfortunately they are not interchangeable, you need the correct tank or it will not fit.

We eliminate this step, your existing tank will always fit and be as good as new when we are finished.

Have you modified your ride and need to adjust your tank to fit? 

We can do that for you. (except cycle tanks)  Email us a picture or a sketch and we will be glad to work with you to make the tank fit your new application.

We build custom tanks, just need a drawing with measurements and the thickness of the steel required and we can email back a quote.

We remove the rusty debris from the interior, blast it back to it's original condition then add a liner to assist in the prevention of future rusting.  Repaint the exterior.  Test to ensure the unit is sealed and your ready to go.

If your motorcycle tank is rusty and you have  NOT had a previous liner added to the interior of the tank - we can   SAVE  your exterior paint.  That's right!  Your paint job will look the same as when we received the tank.  We protect your motorcycle tank with our special process to ensure your paint is not damaged during the tank repair.

If your motorcycle tank has had a previous liner added and it has failed you, we can burn it out but you will lose your exterior paint.  Some liners will not adhere properly due to inefficient cleaning of the fuel tank before the liner is applied.  Our process ensures proper adhesion so your fuel tank will not rust inside destroying your fuel quality and plugging your filters.

Check out the rust holes on this leaky motorcycle fuel tank.  Some holes can be repaired without having to remove the paint, but in this case, a full restoration and repainting may be required since the holes are well into the painted area.
